Thursday, September 27th, 2007I am lagging behind in my posting, and I anticipate it might be a little bit bumpy - I’m going to try soon to either upgrade WordPress, or install different blog software, or try a blog host . Yuck. I don’t want to mess with it, but I do want better features. So, in the meantime, since I don’t have any “new” artwork to post, I am posting a couple of photos of simple wire sculptures I made back in May for Derby decorations (for a party - yeah, the KY Derby is *that* big out here).
I’d love to hear what you think. By far, the more intricate horses (of which I made 3) were the most popular - they are also the smallest in scale - I think about 9 inches high.
This week’s Question: Do you like to experiment with your creativity and creative outlets, or do you prefer to stick with what you know?
I like to try new things. In fact, sometimes it’s hard for me to do the “same thing” because I’m always wanting to try something new. But, I’m going to have to learn how to stick with something for a while so I can get good at it. How about you?
