I just wanted to post the finished poster that I did for the PTA (click the thumbnail to enlarge it). I did the design as well as the illustration. They were very happy with it. Of course that feels nice.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how I need to accept myself for who I am better than I do. Why is it that we always try to make everyone else think we’re so perfect? We aren’t. Not one of us. It’s part of what makes us human. And our imperfections are also part of what makes us interesting and beautiful. If we didn’t have any weaknesses, we wouldn’t learn to be strong, and we wouldn’t have anything to keep us humble and drive us to reach a little higher.

Any deep thoughts lately?
I think I need to take more time to just think each day.
